Our Mission
Founded in August 2021, God’s Word Global Ministries, Inc. is a nonprofit with a mission to spread encouraging, faith-based messages and services to underserved communities. To be of maximum service to those in which we serve, combating homelessness, dysfunctional family issues, COVID awareness, and inadequate educational opportunities.
About us
Our Vision
God’s Word Global Ministries will be established as a Non-profit Corporation with the expectation of rapid expansion in the religious community organization industry. To travel the United States delivering encouragement, consolation, peace, enlightenment, education, and spiritual guidance to people in various venues, such as camp-sites, church settings, outdoor faith-based events, and scenes of tragic losses.
About the Founder
Our Founder, Mr. Mitchell Kent, became a licensed minister in 1994. He began speaking faith-based messages before large and small groups in various venues and has participated in ministry to the incarcerated, couples, the sick and afflicted, and the homeless. In the past, Mr. Kent operated as the religious liaison for Habitat for Humanity and has volunteered to assist with disaster relief for the American Red Cross for several years. In 2009 Mr. Kent graduated from Ohio Christian University with an Associate of Arts in Business Management. In 2019 he then graduated from Ohio Christian University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and is currently attending The University of Massachusetts Global, where he will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology.
Twenty-five years ago, Mr. Kent felt the urging to assist those who are less fortunate, and he has been doing so ever since. He founded God’s Word Global Ministries to continue to grow his ability to help others.
Programs
First-rate service is intended to be the focus of the GWGM organization and a cornerstone of the brand’s success. All clients will receive conscientious, timely service in all capacities and our target population would be the most underserved communities. This will be the hallmark of our brand.
- The Highways and Byways outreach will travel the US, venturing into the most overlooked communities to offer resources.
- The Feed the Need outreach will address the issue of the nation(s) of food insecurity.
- The Dads for Stronger Communities outreach will work to offer resources to acquaint biological fathers with their legal and divine parental rights.
- The Family Outreach Center outreach will provide a myriad of resources to help families remain healthy, physically, and mentally.
- The Veterans Helping Veterans outreach will address the roadblocks that veterans have to reenter civilian society.
- We will also seek to assist in providing accurate, science-based Covid 19 information to minority communities.
